Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
